How to use the tool

Start by identifying the three classic reference points for the eyebrow: the start point in line with the nostril wing, the arch point in line with the outer edge of the iris, and the end point in line with the outer edge of the nostril wing. Measure the distance on one of the brows and then transfer the exact same measurement to the other. By doing so, you minimize the asymmetry that can otherwise easily occur with freehand drawing.

Repeat the measurement in both reclining and seated positions if the client has mobile facial muscles, as muscle tone affects the natural position of the brow. Note the measurements on a mapping sheet or in your documentation system before beginning the treatment.
