Volume lashes in 0.05mm thickness are one of the thinnest options on the market and are primarily used for mega volume and nano volume techniques. The extremely fine diameter makes it possible to build fans with 10–20 lashes per natural lash without weighing down the root or the natural lash. The result is a dramatic, full look with a remarkably light feel for the client.

Choose the right curl for your work

C-curl provides a natural lift with an open gaze – a popular choice for clients who want a subtle yet full result. D-curl has a more pronounced curvature and creates a more dramatic lift, perfect for clients with straight or downward-pointing natural lashes. DD-curl is the most extravagant curl and provides maximum drama, ideal for mega volume looks and clients who want a strong, stage-ready expression.

Performance characteristics and durability

The lashes are made of PBT fiber (polybutylene terephthalate), a material that retains its shape and curl over time without becoming soft or losing volume. The black pigmentation is even and deep, providing a consistent result from root to tip. The lashes are designed to bond optimally with professional adhesive and require a drying time of 1–2 seconds depending on humidity and the chosen adhesive.

For best adhesion, it is recommended to work in an environment with 40–60% humidity and a temperature of 18–24°C. Proper isolation of natural lashes and the right amount of adhesive – a dot of 0.5–1mm – are crucial for durability, which normally amounts to 3–5 weeks with correct application and good home care.

Regardless of whether you work with pre-made fans, handmade fans, or pro-made fans, 0.05mm lashes are suitable due to their extreme flexibility and the light grip against the tweezers. The material is also anti-static treated, which reduces the risk of the lashes sticking together during application.
