The NANO round needle 10-pack is developed specifically for compatible LED Pen machines and provides a controlled, even needle pattern suitable for microneedling and BB Glow treatments. Each cartridge is sterile and sealed upon delivery, ensuring hygiene and patient safety for every treatment session.

Technical specifications

The round needle configuration gathers the needles into a circular pattern that provides uniform puncture of the skin surface. This enables efficient absorption of serums and pigments, which is central to BB Glow treatments. The cartridge’s spring-loaded mechanism absorbs pressure and reduces the risk of uneven penetration depth during treatment.

Areas of application

The NANO round needle is primarily used for two types of treatments:

Microneedling

Microneedling with the NANO cartridge stimulates the skin's natural collagen production through controlled microscopic puncturing. The round formation provides an even treatment pattern and is well-suited for facial and neck treatments. Recommended penetration depth varies depending on the skin condition and treatment area – always adjust the pen in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the client's skin type.

BB Glow

In BB Glow treatments, the needle is used for transdermal delivery of tinted serum into the superficial layers of the skin barrier. The round needle configuration distributes the serum pigment evenly and reduces the risk of patchy coverage. Always use BB Glow serums approved for professional use and follow the product's safety instructions.

Safety and hygiene

Each needle cartridge is individually packaged and sterilized (EO sterilization). Always check that the packaging is intact and unbroken before use. The cartridges are classified as single-use material – reuse entails a risk of cross-contamination and should never occur in professional treatment settings. Dispose of used cartridges immediately in a designated sharps container.

Storage and shelf life

Store the needle cartridges at room temperature (15–25 °C), in a dry place and away from direct sunlight. Check the expiry date on each package. Do not use cartridges whose sterile barrier is damaged. Shelf life from the date of manufacture is indicated on the packaging.

Compatibility
