Maximist TNT Spray Head

Maximist TNT Spray Head – professional spare part for spray tan

The Maximist TNT Spray Head is the central component of the MaxiMist™ Twist N Tan system and delivers an even, atomized spray tan result every time. The built-in Teflon® needle actively prevents the buildup of tanning solution and corrosion – the two most common causes of clogged spray guns. This means fewer work interruptions and a longer lifespan for your equipment.

Technical specifications

• Teflon® needle: Practically eliminates clogging and corrosion from DHA-based solutions.
• Lightweight construction: Lightweight plastic design reduces arm fatigue during long treatments.
• Adjustable settings: Spray pattern and flow can be adjusted directly on the head to adapt the application to the viscosity of the solution and the client's needs.
• Included cup: Supplied complete with attached cup. Handle not included.

Compatibility

The spray head is designed as a direct spare part and is compatible with the following Maximist models:

• Maximist Evolution TNT
• Maximist Spraymate TNT

Always verify that your gun model belongs to the TNT series before ordering. The head and cup are sold as one unit – the handle is not included and does not need to be replaced due to normal wear and tear.

When should the spray head be replaced?

Regular maintenance significantly extends the lifespan, but replacement of the head is recommended if you notice the following signs:

• Uneven or spluttering spray pattern despite cleaning
• Visible corrosion or discoloration on the needle
• Recurring clogs that are not resolved by flushing

Replacing the head in time is more cost-effective than risking uneven results on a client or damage to the entire spray gun.

Maintenance and cleaning

Rinse the spray head thoroughly with cleaning solution immediately after each treatment. Do not let DHA-based solution dry inside the channel – this increases the risk of clogging even with a Teflon needle. Store the gun with an empty head or with the protective cap fitted when not in use.
