How the jade stone's thermal properties affect the adhesive

Natural stone has high thermal capacity and absorbs heat slowly. This means the stone maintains a lower temperature than the surrounding environment, thereby passively cooling the adhesive. Eyelash extension adhesive cures faster when temperature and humidity rise – by using a jade stone as an adhesive palette, you counteract this effect and maintain a consistent viscosity of the adhesive drop for longer. The recommended working temperature in the salon is 18–22 °C with a humidity of 45–60 %.

Cleaning and care

Wipe the palette with a lint-free cloth or a lash pad immediately after each client. Cured adhesive can be removed with a stick or scraper without scratching the surface. Wash with mild detergent and rinse with lukewarm water. Store in a dry place and avoid sharp temperature shocks that could crack the natural stone.

The cooling properties of the jade stone make it suitable not only for classic eyelash extensions but also for volume and mega-volume work, where treatment time is longer and adhesive quality is critical throughout.
