Step-by-step: How to use Cream Remover

1. Preparation

Place gel pads under the eyes to protect the lower lashes and ensure the client keeps their eyes firmly closed throughout the entire treatment. It is important that the client does not open their eyes until you have explicitly confirmed that it is safe to do so.

2. Application

Apply Cream Remover directly onto the eyelash extensions where the adhesive is located. Use a micro-swab or a lint-free applicator brush for precision. Ensure you cover the adhesive points along the entire lash line without getting the product on the skin or under the eyelid.

3. Processing time

Leave the remover to work for 5–10 minutes depending on the adhesive type and how long the eyelash extensions have been applied. Older adhesive may require the full processing time. During this time, the client should remain still and keep their eyes closed.

4. Removal of false lashes

Using a soft cleansing brush, gently brush the lashes from the eyelid outwards until all false lashes have detached. Avoid pulling or tugging – the adhesive should have dissolved sufficiently for the lashes to glide off without resistance.

5. Post-treatment cleansing

Wipe away any remaining cream remover with a lint-free applicator brush or cotton swab. Then, wash the lashes thoroughly with a lash foam cleanser to neutralize and remove all residue. Finish by rinsing with lukewarm water until the lashes feel completely clean before the client opens their eyes.
