Payson/Paypal comply with PCI DSS and follow regulations for card payments via Internet Payson/Paypal also have SSL certificates that guarantee security for you as customer when you use this payment alternative.
Your order is processed immediately when received, or on the next workday or weekday (you made your order late or at the weekend or a holiday. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time for orders made before holidays or during high season (Graduations, summer holidays, and similar) and when our office is closed. Each order is processed in order of their receipt and payment.
All deliveries are sent as parcels via DHL Express to be picked up at delivery agents, you may choose to have it delivered to your company, but in that case you must select the option during checkout. Free delivery on orders over SEK 600 within the Nordic countries and over USD 200 for international orders. Delivery time is 2-4 working days within Sweden and 3-6 working days globally.
We try to send out your delivery as soon as possible. We send out orders daily and strive to ensure that orders placed before 9am are sent out the same day, and you should receive your products the day after that!
If you have a rush order, we ask that you call or e-mail us immediately when you have entered your order to make sure we can send it the same day.
Delivery delay may arise, if a product is not in stock and may arrive within 1 to 6 days, we will send you order as soon as the product is received. If it doesn't arrive within 1-6 business days, we will notify you of the delivery delay. You may receive delivery of the products we have in stock, and later delivery when we receive the remaining products.
When the package is taken by the DHL Express, you will receive e-mail notification confirming the package was sent.
The package is then sent to a delivery agent, you'll receive an SMS when it has arrived and you can pick it up. If you have chosen Delivery to Company the package is delivered to your company/the address you entered during checkout. For the postal service to be able to deliver the package, it is important to have someone on site to receive it.
The buyer is liable to ensure the address provided in the order to bellestor.se is correct. We are not responsible for consignments that are damaged or lost in the postal processing.

If a delivery has not been retrieved within 14 days, it will be returned to us at Bellestore. If this occurs, you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 250. This fee covers the round trip delivery, logistics, and administrative costs.
Products for eyelash extension shall only be used professionally, and require that you are trained in the use of eyelashes to be able to use and handle the products correctly. We do not require a diploma for you to shop from us, but it is YOUR own responsibility to ensure you have the right training, and can correctly use the products you purchase.
