How do I order?

You chose the products you want in the category list to the left and place the ones you want in the shopping cart.

 

Why can't I get the package in regular mail to my mailbox?

The reason for us changing delivery method is that the POSTAL SERVICE has misplaced the packages we have sent previously, resulting in customers waiting extra days and us never being sure whether you have received your products or not. Now we use POSTNORD and you'll receive emails directly after the order is registered and has been picked up by POSTNORD. Once the product is available at your delivery agent, you'll receive a text message notifying you it is ready to be picked up. This ensures that as customer, you receive the package much quicker and we know for sure whether it has arrived or not.

 

Are you able to take orders via phone or e-mail?

No, we need you to make the order via our homepage to know that we have the product you want in our stock. We have an inventory that is registered to each product on our homepage and therefore the order needs to be placed from the web site. But if you have any problems with ordering, we will naturally help you any way we can. In addition, you need to type in your personal identity number if you are paying via Klarna Checkout, which you must do yourself. 

 

Protection from glue fumes?!

If you work for more than 30 minutes per week with eyelash glue, you need to attend training on thermosetting plastics and undergo a medical check, where the doctor provides you with a medical aptitude certificate. To undergo the necessary medical check, you need to contact your nearest occupational health centre. This will also be were you receive your medical aptitude certificate! Keep in mind to protect yourselves from the fumes and smells of the eyelash glue. You need to make sure you have the proper safety equipment and you need to have a certified localized ventilation system, for example, that removes most of the fumes given off by the glue.

How do I get the safety data sheet?

As of 1 June 2015, the Swedish Chemicals Agency has introduced a new regulation covering the use of all chemical products. It means that as an importer, we need to label all chemical products in compliance with the new regulation and translate their safety data sheets to Swedish. You are able to download the safety data sheet on our website when you have purchased chemical products from us. All we need is the orderid you got when you bought the chemical product. After we got it we will send you the password and after that you will be able to download the MSDS. Currently it is only eyelash glue that is covered by the regulation. You need to save the safety data sheet and be able to show it for potential Environment & Health inspections.

 

Where is my order?

We send out orders daily and if you feel it is taking a long time for yours to arrive, you can double-check to make sure the e-mail from DHL Express hasn't ended up in you junk mail folder. You should also receive a text message when your order is ready to be picked up at the postal service agent. If your order has not arrived after three days, send us an e-mail at kundservice@bellestore.se and make sure to include your order ID so we can check where the package is. Note that if you place the order over the weekend the order won't be sent until Monday, we always send out orders as they were placed. But if you have a rush to receive the package, you can call us directly to ensure we send it out as soon as we can.

 

I have ordered the wrong product, what do I do?

Contact us immediately if you notice you have ordered the wrong products so we don't send them out. The easiest way is to send us an e-mail, we'll see that immediately while you may not always be able to reach us by phone right away. If you have already picked up your package and notice you have ordered the wrong product then, send us an e-mail with the order ID to kundservice@bellestore.se. We'll provide a return number that we want you to include with the products you will be returning or switching. If you need the new products quickly, we recommend that you place a new order and the products you send back will be considered a return. We always compensate you with the same payment method you used on ordering.
