PERMA BLEND Luxe Show Up Scarlet 15ml
Luxe is the latest luxury pigment series created by world-leading Perma Blend. It is, of course, manufactured 100% in accordance with the latest EU and REACH directives. With highly pigmented colors, Luxe pigments heal very naturally in the skin and provide long-lasting, but above all, stable results on all clients. The formula has been developed with the help of scientists and has been thoroughly tested to ensure that the pigments comply with all new rules and directives, allowing them to be used by practitioners (the correct term for PMU/Microblading artists) all over the world. Perma Blend's pigments for Microblading and PMU: all pigments can be mixed and are equally suitable for microblading and PMU. EU-approved pigments
