You get this: 

25 grams of hair extensions divided into 10 pre-taped pieces (5 sandwiches). Each hair strand is 4 cm wide and weighs 2.5 grams.

How to do it:

Wash your hair with a deep-cleansing shampoo before application. Divide the hair into different sections. Lift an appropriate amount of hair and then attach a tape piece from underneath. Then take another tape piece and attach it on top of your own hair over the other tape piece you just attached. Press firmly so they attach. Wait two days after application before washing and styling the hair. When you wash your hair, remember not to rub the attachments and do not use conditioner on the attachments.

Use heat protection in your hair and preferably a nourishing oil. Keep in mind that it is real hair and needs to be treated like regular hair, meaning the hair will wear out just like regular hair, so you must use a hair mask once a week to give the hair more moisture.

Feel free to blow-dry the hair dry to get the softest hair possible, and the ends won't be as frizzy as if you let the hair air dry.
