The tape is latex-free and formulated to withstand the moisture and heat that occur during a treatment, without irritating even the most sensitive skin. With a width of 1.25 cm and a length of 3.6 m per roll, each roll lasts a long time and provides good cost control in daily work.

Areas of use

The tape is primarily used in two ways in lash treatments:

On top of eyepads – tape the eyepad securely against the lower lashes so that it stays in place throughout the treatment, regardless of whether the customer moves or is sensitive to the gel pad.

Eyelid lifting – tape up the eyelid to expose the top lashes and create a clear working line. Silicone tape adheres sufficiently to hold during the treatment time but releases gently and without strong pulling. This reduces the risk of redness and makes the experience more comfortable for the customer – an argument that often leads to repeat bookings.

For stylists working with customers who have sensitive skin, contact lens wearers, or a tendency toward allergies, this tape is a safe choice because it is latex-free and tested for skin contact.

Tips for best results

Tear or cut off an appropriate piece (usually 4–7 cm) and ensure the skin is clean and free from oil before application. Smooth skin provides better adhesion. Remove the tape calmly and in the direction of hair growth to minimize pulling on the lash root. Avoid stretching the tape tightly against sensitive areas around the inner and outer corners of the eye.

Storage

Store the roll in a dry and cool place, preferably in its original packaging or a closed box. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures that can affect the adhesive properties. Check the expiration date on the packaging – silicone tape stored correctly maintains its function throughout the stated shelf life.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0894/8845/7993/files/Silikontejp-Bla-125cm-A_single_roll_of_light_blue_silicone_medical_adhesive_tape_wound_aroun_original_view.webp?v=1782394701
